AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

The training was well delivered, engaging, and highly relevant to clinical practice. The instructor explained the techniques clearly, with a strong emphasis on patient safety, communication, and using the least restrictive interventions whenever possible. The practical exercises were valuable and helped build confidence in applying the techniques safely.

The training was engaging, informative, and highly relevant to my role as a HCA on an AMU. I found the practical sessions particularly valuable, especially learning safe restraint techniques, breakaway skills, and how to protect both myself and our patients during challenging situation, that can arise.on the ward. The trainer (Ben) was approachable, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly, making the session easy to follow and enjoyable. He is a credit to you, and I was lucky to have him teach me today. He took my own personal ailments into consideration to make dure i would not injure myself in training. I will take what I have learnt back to the ward and use these skills in practice when needed. Thank you again Ben.

Working in a medical unit where we often encounter challenging patients, I have always felt unable to manage them properly especially when they become violent. Now that I have completed this course I feel able to competantly manage and support a situation hopefully keeping everybody involved safe. Thank you
