All instructors were really supportive. Delivery of the course was good. Liam provided extra support on physical techniques. Instructors were able to answer all the million questions I had and reassured me. Instructors made everyone feel relaxed and calm.

Very educative and it has improved my skills in giving support to Neil. The trainer was able to teach for us to understand our jobs well. Very informative course
