Very good course, Kirsty was knowledgeable, approachable and supportive, I left feeling confident I could take this into my workplace
Kirsty has deliver the course effective and in a respectful manner. Kirsty has put all the clients needs first and always checking on them. I have learnt so much from this course which I feel comfortable assisting my young person. Kirsty has gone above and beyond to cater for food and drinking’s.
