Fantastic trainer very enthusiastic and friendly, good refresher on all skills
Good group of staff, trainer is laid back and up for a laugh making it an enjoyable course.
I enjoyed the refresher, i feel it came at the right time as new packages i work on have been presenting with a lot of challenging behaviours.
