I had so much fun and I leant a whole lot. I was nervous but Kirsty and Jon both made the experience easy and comfortable and this helped me to remember the techniques. Also executing them with confidence and the best of my ability. Giving me a ego boost because I was able to put Jon in all the holds! :)

Kristie delivery the theory of the training so well. I love how she related all of her experience and story in the course. She was very understand when I told her about my dyslexia and she support me too. Jon deliver the practical so well. He demonstrated it for everyone to understand. Very supportive in every way.
