Ben and Barry were phenomenal, helpful and always ready to explain again and again. Ben simplified the whole course and made me to realize that people needed help and that's why they are in the hospital. Also that there's always a reason for the different types of human behaviors. I learnt a lot and I will recommend them any day any time.

The PBS training was well-structured and informative, with clear explanations and practical examples, amazing hands-on practice to enhance application and confidence. Ben and Barry have been so great trainers. I really have enjoyed my three days training.

I have learned alots, and it's a very good course. And it's interesting to learn about what to at work on duties.
