Great training needed this refresher as I’d forgot some of the topics

Plenty of opportunity to relate content to our own practice with lived examples - trainer was informative and eager to listen . Bulk of course was based around preventative / primary and secondary strategies which are much more relevant however a refresher in techniques useful

Lee has been excellent, he taught me very helpful skills for self defence. The whole day was engaging and fun. Really enjoyed it, learnt loads and will definitely use this in practice.
