Ben was a very good trainer, he should keep it up.
The first course was a bit of a struggle especially with movements but the refresher was more exciting and I go to be better with my moves and it’s been really educational
Becky as always was amazing. She makes it a comfortable environment to learn and gives people time to process information and ask questions if we need to. The breakaway techniques are logical and are easy to put into practice
