AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

As I work in ED this training will be extremely helpful as we can sometimes find ourselves with patients in heightened situations that can easily become aggressive so I am glad that I now have the knowledge and skills to be able to try to de escalate the situation and safely restrain an individual if required.

Response: Hello Ayesha, thank you for lovely feedback and we are so happy to hear it has made you think about future practice with patients who may be upset.

Very good course. Liam ensured that it was an interactive course and the whole group joined in. Important skills learnt that will be used in practice if required.

This has been by far the best delivery of PBS - Amy was just the best trainer to have, with such a wealth of knowledge and experience that gave the course a personal and reflective feel. All of the content was fantastic and delivered in clear manner - so approachable and empathetic when covering some potentially difficult topics. I loved having the visual activities and breakaway activities, making the information accessible for all types of learners. I would 100% recommend Amy as a trainer to anybody any body and I look forward to seeing her in a few weeks for further training. Amy is a huge asset to the company.

Absolute fantastic course and trainer. It has been the best week of training I have had in over 20years of education. Amy was very knowledgeable, professional and inspirational. I really enjoyed the content over each part of the week course and how well Amy delivered it. I can not praise Amy enough or ever had such a good training experience.

Amy had been an outstanding trainer. She was very knowledgeable whilst at the same time making it fun. She supported everyone’s individual ways of learning and made everything seem so easy. I really enjoyed my training this week which was abit nerve racking for me because I was on maternity. Amy is a credit to your training team. Thank you again Amy; you literally have been the best trainer I have met from Sherwood
