Very interesting and engaging, has given me confidence going into my new role. Kelly was really nice and welcoming, making the training less daunting and more comfortable. Was delivered in a way that was easy to understand and went into more detail when stuck or confused. Overall very useful and informative with great guidance from Kelly :)

Really good techniques had very little confidence of safely holding a young person but after the session I feel I could do this. Lee was very supportive and went through the techniques multiple times until we felt confident in the skill
