Excellent class. Lee was extremely engaging and very well knowledgeable and made the session very informative and interactive. Working on critical care, we need training with respect to dealing with various behaviours and this was something I needed. Many thanks!

It wasn’t boring it was really enjoyable..I dread the course cut once her talking part I enjoyed it.
