Course was very educative as it’s adds more to my knowledge especially in the aspect of engaging with patients which seems to be the best part of the overall training.

The course was really good, got lots of information. Trainer was very good no problem.
Trainer was thorough with the breakaway training. The rest of the course was a refresher.
