Kirsty made the course very interesting and interactive. She is a great trainer and very professional. She answered all of my questions in a very thoughtful and non judgemental manner. Kirsty was very appreciative of peoples boundaries and very polite. The course was very informative and there was alot to take in but kirsty kept us refreshed throughout and made sure everyone was in a good learning space. She also made sure several learning styles were covered to help everyone.
Well led and caring is lovely and explains things well.

Rachel and Jack were able to assess our prior knowledge and tailor the course to our needs spending more time with newer members of staff. It was useful to be able to discuss different scenarios and analyse these.

Great refresher course delivered by Jack today! He had a sensitive approach to the group and was knowledagble and well connected with good practice shown with relevant examples to illustrate.
