Jack was a excellent trainer was very polite and knowledgeable and helpful answered questions and was very patient
The trainer Jack was very friendly and informative. Adapted very quickly and well to change in location and made sure it was suitable to complete refresher training and checked throughout our attainment of knowledge and skills
