Amazing training easy to follow from the books and the power points. And Liam 😊 Amazing delivery to keep focus throughout all 3days of the course. Techniques and rpi’s work in a real life setting. I know i was able to use them (🎤⬇️) Extremely thankful I was able to attend this training and would definitely do a refresher courseResponse : Hi Kimberley, thank you for the lovely feedback! Kirsty was fantastic and very patient, I feel a lot more confident in using breakaway techniques and learnt a lot more about retraints and when to use them and how to use them more efficiently
