The course was fantastic and broken into portions to be easily understood. Liam has been a an excellent trainer throughout the entire course.

It was excellent. From the first day,i learnt alot to keep to baseline,the physical training. The trainer was awesome.
If there was a way to have a library of the holds/breakaways for reference that would be great. Training itself was very thorough and informative.
Excellent information delivery, good knowledge shown. Useful and easy to understand. Jack and Simone are understanding of our setting and additional specific needs and restraint needs. Will be in contact regarding some thoughts of best seating for classrooms for seated holds.
