Amazing, Kirsty was great. Very engaging and I love that she's a nurse so understand hospital. As last few courses were ex police etc. I love all the examples she givesResponse : Hi Lynsey. I really enjoyed and learned so many things. My favorite one is the Day 2. It was really fun and I've learned how to protect myself and the service user.

The trainer was very professional and made the course more interesting with some games instead of just watching videos or reading and I learnt some new things about autism which was surprising. I would happily reckon the trainers techniques.
