Very well presented

I found the course extremely valuable, easy to follow and the trainer made it interesting. He kept checking if we understood and allowed us to ask questions. I have attended Team Teach restraining training before, this has been way better.

Kristen was a really nice and understanding trainer and as a person who has lot of experience in the care sector. She showed me that not all things leads to restraints in the end and there more ways than one .

Kirsty was extremely engaging and her personal experiences really helped to understand more about how PBS training works. I went home still thinking about some of the things we had learned day one and told my partner. Kirsty was very person centred with all staff which was really refreshing to see and made you feel very welcome and at ease.
