AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

Very informative and I learnt a lot. Matt the trainer, has given great real life examples too! He kept us all engaged and I feel confident if needing to restraint a young person. All information was very clear! Thank you Matt for all the help you have given me!

Refresher included plenty of practice, moving from one hold to another plus examples of scenarios we might encounter. Option to refresh at any point was given to build confidence.

Referred practices to a realistic approach, related the course to the environment staff are familiar with. Humour & snacks and made all participants feel welcome and made sure everyone had understood and staff had become confident

Response: Hi Monika. Thank you for sharing this feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the course and delivery by Rounak.

The course was interesting and very effective, the theory was related to my day to day job and covered some content I had never seen in other similar courses. It was delivered in an approachable and engaging way by the trainer. The practical part was also very engaging and after having performed the RPI techniques several times during the course I feel better prepared and more confident to support the students in my role as a Teaching assistant.
