The only thing I found challenging ing was knowing which page within the workbook we were meant to be on in comparison to the slides we were on at that point.

Andy was extremely knowledgeable, being able to answer some of my difficult questions. Giving multiple examples to try and explain points when I was struggling to understand a point. Leaving me wanting to learn more about human psychology and behaviour. Allowing me to provide better care to my staff and team
