I was very happy with the course and how it was delivered

Absolutely amazing how inclusive and understanding off people who have different learning styles and who aren’t as confident. I appreciate the patience and managing when I was super nervous! Kirsty is extremely knowledgeable and made the training extremely interesting and enjoyable! Thank you Kirsty would highly recommend! Meeting different peoples learning is a skill not all have and I appreciate it a lot!

Had a good experience learned a lot through out the days the trainer was very practical and went over things well

Really enjoyed the theory side to this training, liam really explained things really well.

Liam was enthusiastic knowledgeable and fun! The course was full on intense but very interesting. The course highly related to my job role and feel it will improve my skills within care.

I really enjoyed the course, the trainer went into detail I have never done this kind of training before and I was very surprised on how you can ethically use these techniques in a dignified and respectful way. Whilst keeping everyone safe.

The trainers were both absolutely amazing. I felt comfortable to ask questions and well looked after. The delivery of Amy’s work was very well delivered. She ensure it was broken down in chunks for the group to be able to absorb information. I have no improvement for them as I honestly was so please with everything. The only thing I would recommend is some visual aids or notes of the holds in the book to refer to. It can be hard to remember them all but having something to refer back too in the booklet would be useful.
