Absolutely brilliant trainer Ben. Really enjoyed this course and I feel I learned a lot from it and Ben made it enjoyable and fun! Would well recommend Ben as a trainer.

Learnt a lot of information that I wasn't aware of before. I felt lindsay was very thorough. Lindsay made sure I understood all before moving onto the next thing.
