Ben has a good command of the content

I have learned alots, and it's a very good course. And it's interesting to learn about what to at work on duties.

Recently I have been going through a rough time personally. I am so glad that I had this training with Ben and Barry as they have lifted my spirits and raised my knowledge greatly. They made this course so engaging and made me and everyone else eager to learn. Would highly recommend. Thank you Ben and Barry

Good session, very useful for my role. Shown numerous techniques to assist with safehold for procedures and restraint. Trainer very good, and engaging.

Amazing trainers both Liam and Jack where brilliant two days with Jack and one day with Liam before rpi and pbs I had done cpi training I feel a lot more comfortable with this rpi pbs a lot of knowledge with both trainers overall amazing course would definitely recommend doing this if you work in the care sector
