Really good course and trainer gave really good training

Good course useful for de-escalation and safety in the Emergency Department

Kirstie is a lovely teacher and is a credit to Sherwood! A very engaging and interesting session which will be very useful to take back to a busy admitting surgical unit. Thank you so much Kirstie- today has been very insightful and valuable.
