The trainer Jack was amazing! The whole training session ran by Jack was very engaging. He gave very detailed answers upon the questions our group had asked. I feel more confident applying what I have learned by the demonstration Jack had shown as I was very nervous being a small female doing restraints. I think he is great at what he does!!Response : Hi Isha, thank you for the kind feedback. As we say on the course, it isn't about size and strength, so we're glad Jack made you feel more confident about this.

Good felt repeated in some slides but I understand that's because it's 3 different levels you are learning and some people will only do level 1 or 1&2. Jack was great at keeping us engaged.
