The trainer was excellent at explaining everything. He was also very professional and provided a calm learning environment.

Linda was a great trainer. The practical element was very helpful to revisit the breakaway interventions and it was an engaging session. The theory session was helpful to review the STEPS model and arousal model.

Harli delivered the course really well. It was equally about children and adults feelings. It made the course feel more relevant and supportive.
