Great trainer, really passionate about what he’s training us on, couldn’t fault him. To be honest someone I would aspire to be like in the upcoming years.
Fantastic delivery of knowledge and real life experience. Both Anna and Rebecca made the subject relevant and fun whilst also promoting the seriousness of the subject matter.
More depth would have made it more interesting but we struggled to fit in all the coursework in the time given as it was

Stu taught the course very well and was very helpful. I think some of the information was a bit drawn out, and repetitive, but overall a good course and happy with everything.
It was quite support focused, we work with a variety of customers from various tenures, some for years and some only once. It would be good to have something more bespoke to our role. It was great for the colleagues for which it is intended.
