Enjoyed the class which is more hands on and practical. Kirstie did a great job ,encouraged everyone to be part of it,knowledgeable and friendly.
I have really enjoyed the training today - I was pleasantly surprised that I could manage the breakaway techniques ( after come practice!). Kirstie was very good at teaching and making the sessions fun.
