Extremely informative, learnt and understood lot more about behaviour both my own and others and the importance of understanding how a person is behaving. The course was fun as well as interactive. Ben kept the energy throughout the day, very engaging and relateable. Genuinely passionate about the subject matter. Content very complex and thought provoking so it was a ‘heavy’ day. Possibly could be an hour or so shorter to fully absorb the info. Good to have external provider for this rather than MFT education teamResponse : Hi Jane. Thank you for your feedback.
