Great trainer (Liam), very knowledgeable and well delivered. Day 2 much more relevant for staff working in the community, particularly around the breakaway techniques. All staff should get this training!

Response : Hi Matt, thank you for recommending the training to everyone as it is relevant for everyone in the hospital setting as well as the community. I used a lot of the primary and secondary strategies myself whilst working both in hospital and in the community to really good effect.

Very informative. Had lots of discussions bespoke to CR package of care. Great refresher for Breakaway techniques and theory including Arousal levels, setting events, zones of regulation.
