Ben was extremely friendly and informative during this course and I felt engaged for the whole duration. I already feel as though I have learnt a great deal from this course, and I am keen to put it into practice and see how patients respond and how my practice / relationships improve. I felt as though the course was a good mix of information and interactive activities within groups / individual. I am looking forward to part two of the course

Course was entertaining and good to learn, leant alot of coping strategies and how to engage in a better way with patients that we may struggle with. Also got everyone involved and made some good ice breakers to get everyone more relaxed, also text book had some good information in
