Rachel was such a supportive, knowledgable and funny trainer! I thoroughly enjoyed discussing the theory behind the techniques, stories of them being used in real life and positive outcomes from negative situations, she taught the holds very well and provided ample opportunity to practice between each other. Really enjoyed this course. Alot of information and practical to process. Room was far too hot though e en though the trainers tried there best with air con and fans.
