Great instructor, positive attitude. Course was interesting and I have learned some new skills to approach my role in supported living. A lot to take in during the course but some valuable information during the day. Has given me a new understanding of certain techniques that I should be looking to use in my job role. Thanks

A lot of information to learn, and a lot to learn . Wish it could of been shorter. Great course and holds, theory was really good.

Today was very informative. Although it was a refresher course it felt good to speak on topics that I may have forgotten about. The teaching was great and made sure all participants understood.
