Lee delivered an excellent course. He is very knowledgeable and engaging and made sure to ensure everyone understood the different learning objectives throughout. Lee's background is mainly based in childcare, meaning the content was naturally tailored towards this. Despite this, Lee made effort to understand our departments and specific examples which was helpful

The refresher course was very educative, I have recalled all the strategies I had not used for a while, Chantelle did well refreshing the theory and practical, I recommend all staff to complete this training
