Ben and Jack were so good and explained each part really well and explained everything the group were unsure of, they also made the group involved in all of the topics. Will benefit me in my ward environment and day to day environment

Both trainers had been absolutely amazing. They provided us with so many examples of the course PBS. Definitely helped a lot about how to think about a situation during the shift.
