Kirstie has an amazing friendly always smiling approach. Very helpful and didn't make you feel stupid for asking questions, or when you didn't do or say something quite right. Kirsties ability to help us understand a subject better was perfect. She engaged the group well and made us all feel comfortable. I’ve done a full course of PBS and this is now My second PBS refresher. Was great to have a refresher again after not needing to use PBS techniques for over a year. Great to keep up to date
