Enjoyed my course.

I really enjoyed and learned so many things. My favorite one is the Day 2. It was really fun and I've learned how to protect myself and the service user.

Learnt some good new diversion techniques.

The trainer was very professional and made the course more interesting with some games instead of just watching videos or reading and I learnt some new things about autism which was surprising. I would happily reckon the trainers techniques.

The training was very informative and it really boost my confidence as a support worker. It tought us the necessary techniques and basics to support in pbs and made us realise restraint is not always needed. The trainer was really on point the course was delivered correctly she was patient and understanding
