I felt the training was very informative, and it had given things for me to add to my practice however at times it felt repetitive and felt like it could’ve have been a shorter day which made my attention span lack at times. Overall it was a good day

Excellent course. Trainer understanding of anxiety felt about the course. Learnt how to use breakaway techniques correctly.
Gave good clear information and examples. Good demonstrations with the techniques and made sure I understood before moving on. Made me feel comfortable and confident with everything.
Lindsey was very knowledgeable and helpful she answered any questions I had and made me feel confident in been able to carry out breakaway techniques . She was very open and honest and answered any query we had regarding the course

I found this refresher course very useful indeed. Following last year's course on this subject it really made things clearer for me. It was enjoyable, and I found Linsey very clear in her teaching and made it fun.
