Great, enjoyed todays training and really informative. Although I I have done this training 6 years now there is always something new to take away.
Very valuable course if having to do physical intervention, it teaches not just how but why which is essential for understanding why it is needed.

I found Liam to be well prepared with the course content. He had all his material prepared well and simple to understand. I also found him to be open with his personal experiences which made him very well received. He was also patient and respectful of views opposing to his own.
Very interactive physical and very good keeping people engaged with humour, helping to make learning easier.
Would have appreciated more physical practice than slides. Slides were a repeat and not as useful.
