AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

I enjoyed the energy of the trainer (Liam) a lot, he made the room feel very entertaining and was accommodating to all individual needs. He also looks like he could be my dads twin and that was bizzare. No need to break the ice I guess hahah. I felt that a lot of the course was rooted in addressing common sense just with the official names and I think that more psychology and learning how the PBS systems actually help people would be really interesting and would help me understand why I should be using the techniques in the first place. Maybe even some case studies where PBS has improved the lives of service users would be good.

Response: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, it's always valuable to hear how the course is received. The PBS framework is designed to support professionals from a wide variety of backgrounds and aims to introduce key principles in a practical, accessible way. While some content may feel intuitive, it's intentionally structured to connect everyday professional practice with recognised frameworks and RRN-compliant approaches. We absolutely appreciate your interest in the psychological underpinnings and wider impact of PBS. You're right that real-life examples and deeper context can make a big difference to understanding why techniques matter, not just how they work. Your suggestion to include more case studies and clearer links to service user outcomes is very helpful, and something we’ll take on board as part of our course review cycle. Thanks again for your thoughtful input, it’s feedback like yours that help us continue refining what we deliver.
