Opened my eyes on how to recognise the signs and how to deal with situations in the workplace but also in home life and out in the public.Response : Hi Debbie. Kirstie is a lovely woman overall the way she teaches the training is relaxed and easy to understand. I found the arousal part is one of the things I can use at work daily but also at home for my personal life.

Absolutely loved the past couple of days training with Kirstie. At no time did I feel like I was training in a classroom. Instead, was learning and absorbing key life skills. No negative feedback available and I look forward to my refresher!
