Excellent presentation and content from Tom (trainer) It was good to hear examples from Tom with situations that related to the subject content. Very good, clear Sherwood Level 1 refresher course.

Scott was a lovely feller. He explained thing very clearly and gave examples from his own experience as well as stories he'd been told. Anything I didn't understand he would go thought it again and explain it again.
