Very useful strategies to use within our roles from deescalation to RPI’s Well delivered content with plenty of opportunities to practice and ask questions.
Really useful and informative. Trainer was very informative, used relevant examples of students and worked at a good pace. Stuart was very patient and informative. The group got on well and were focused because of the tone he set. It was very enjoyable.
