I have learned lot of things regarding behavioural changes and managing it which i can use my daily duties including my personal life. The booklet helped me and the trainer was amazing, she has a good knowledge with the lesson. Thank you

I learnt something great today. People don’t just act up, they go through a list of processes and it is important to understand why and provide the best care. Overall, this is a really good course and an eye opener. Every staff should be doing this training.
