Engaging trainer - good communication skills - I feel the legal side of the training should have been pre course material .
I understand the PBS much better and also understand recording and assessment, factors affecting behaviour and many more. I also learned new things about primary,secondary and tertiary restrictive measures. Bani and Akin are good trainers and more explanatory .
