After the training I am confident to go into work and if any behaviours are to arise, I am able to be confident in my way of work. The training was enjoyable and very educational.
Scott is patient and thorough. He explains as many times as is needed. He understands and supports staff with the physical side of the course to ensure they work to their personal limits to not sustain injury. He offers practical support in a polite and professional manner.
