Brilliant training very knowledgeable went in depth with all the techniques asked all the time if we were comfortable and understood the training was all timed well and trainer very understanding.

I’ve done this course four times but this time I learnt the most. Liam had a different style of teaching, he presented things in different ways, which I understood and could relate to. The practical was clearly demonstrated and we were given time to practice with Liams support.

Liam delivered the course really well and helped refresh my memory. Liam maintained everyone's focus and kept it fun and engaging.

Very good training from Liam , learnt a lot of information about making the right options to give to the service user !
