It has been really beneficial to review the physical skills and I will be sure to take away additional tips relating to specific breakaways/RPIs. Great to reflect on what is working well and what isn’t and how we can address aspects of these moving forward. Kirstie has been very approachable, clear and enthusiastic throughout.

Excellent refresh on knowledge and good guidance on changes to course content and delivery. Positive feedback on AT feedback which increases AT confidence for forthcoming courses. Good to see Kirstie again, always an enthusiastic and confident trainer.

Ben was brilliant teacher for the PBS session today and I have learnt a lot about how to deal with behaviour and support the patients in the best possible way.

Had a great day and learnt a lot. I work in ED so it was good to learn ways I am able to distract people in a positive way so they don’t sway away from their normal baseline, whatever that may be. Ben was very engaging and kept me interested all day. Thankyou :)

Ben is an excellent teacher! He is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the course! He kept me engaged all day! I could listen to him all day everyday regarding his subject! One of the best trainers I've had! Sherwood is very lucky to have him!
