Really informative and engaging course, lots of opportunities for development. Trainer is always friendly and made sure we all understood movements before going to the next practical task.

Rachel was such a supportive, knowledgable and funny trainer! I thoroughly enjoyed discussing the theory behind the techniques, stories of them being used in real life and positive outcomes from negative situations, she taught the holds very well and provided ample opportunity to practice between each other.
