Andy is an incredibly engaging trainer. His knowledge of theory shines through, but the power of the delivery comes from how he draws from his wealth of anecdotal experience from where he has worked frontline and within the care system for a number of years. Andy took the time to ensure all learners were included and understood what he was addressing before moving onto the next area of the course. He made sure everyone was valued and able to contribute. As discussed with Andy, the only constructive feedback I can give for improvement is the slides did not always align with each page of the workbook.

The course was very eye opening regarding the different kinds of emotions and trauma pleople go through. The trainers were very good and made it fun and interesting.

This course was a great learning experience. The content was well-structured, engaging, and practical. The instructor explained complex ideas clearly and created a supportive environment. The materials were well-organized, and the real-world examples and hands-on activities made the lessons even more valuable.

Joined the course with limited knowledge about how to treat or attend to vulnerable persons but I've learnt alot of helpful techniques and strategies to assist with this. Kudos to the trainers Ben and Barry, they did really great jobs impacting us. Thanks
