AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

Ben was super engaging. Thank you! It would’ve been helpful to have a bit more info around support for patients with dementia as a lot of the wards have these patients and a lot of colleagues do not use the tools provided to support them which is concerning. The group work was good for interaction. Afternoon break not needed in my opinion :) Thanks again!
