I really enjoyed the PBS training. It was clear, easy to understand, and very informative. The trainer explained everything in a way that made sense and gave real examples, which helped me see how to use PBS in real situations. I learned strategies and feel more confident using them. Overall, it was a useful and engaging session.

The content of todays course was relevant to My current practice and I feel that I have been taught skills to help me everyday I am at work. Ben and Jamie are both knowledgeable in the subject matter and delivered the course in a friendly manner
